Our return and refund policy for BEAM Minerals Pets orders.
Retail Product Return Policy
Unopened BEAM Minerals Pets products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Steps for Returning Product

NOTE: Returns without Return Authorization cannot be accepted. In your email request, please provide the reason for your return.
- 2. Your Return Authorization will be emailed to you along with detailed shipping instructions.
Refund Process
- 1. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that the refund process can take up to 5 business days.
- 2. Your refund will come in the original form of your order payment.
